Test Preparation:
3 mL (1.5 mL min.) Plasma from 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube. Centrifuge at 3000 RPM for 10 Min, Separate plasma within 2 hours of collection in a plastic (Polypropylene tubes (Sarstedt) available at HOD KKD Lab) vial. Ship immediately at 2 to 8 degree Temp.
